Order Processing
All products at House Of Solv are made-to-order and fulfilled by our production partner, Qikink. Once your order is placed, it goes into production within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders are not processed on public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes (India)
After production, your order is handed over to our courier partner for delivery. Estimated delivery times within India:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Non-metro / Tier 2–3 cities: 5–7 business days after dispatch
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5–9 business days
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this to track your order in real time.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please email us at contact@solvfitness.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
